What are the service charges for buying?
Service charge for buying is 1% of the purchase value, exclusive of tax.

When a property is put for sale, Is there any exclusivity for marketing?
Yes. At Gold Earth Properties we spend lot of money for marketing through advertisements and we arrange the inspection of the buyer at our own cost. And moreover we would like to work more transparent and clarity. We do look forward for exclusivity for marketing of your property. We also indicate the period of time by which we will complete the deal for which exclusivity should be maintained.

I am an NRI? Do you under take Property Management?
Yes. We do the Property Management like collection of rent, maintenance of the property, depositing your money in your account, paying the taxes and electricity charges, renting out of the property.
